Kenneth John Keiser, age 85, of Oregon, OH, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023. He was born in Toledo, OH to Reuben and Elma (Guillaume) Keiser on April 19, 1938. He worked for many years as a longshoreman. Kenneth also owned and operated the Turtle Point Marina and Campground. He enjoyed fishing, golf, and riding his motorcycle in his early years and his scooter in his later years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Kim (Richard) Parman, Ronald (Laura) Keiser, Kathy (Rodney) Hall, Raymond (Debby) Keiser, Karol (Richard) Symons, Richard (Lyn) Keiser, Kristine (Andrew Nagypaul) Keiser, Robert Keiser, and Kelly (Glen) Lorah; 23 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rueben and Elma, his sister, Ann, his brother, Donald, his great-granddaughter, Nora, his first wife, Sharon, and his second wife, Linda.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriners Foundation.
