Kaylee is survived by her parents, Jim and Allison of Perrysburg, OH; sister, Amelia Bailey; grandparents, John and Carol Bailey of Pemberville, OH, Stuart and Terry Gyde of Toledo, OH; great-grandparents, Phyllis Bailey of Bowling Green, OH, Donna Gyde of Oak Harbor, OH and Earl and Oneita Farmer of Dayton, OH. as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Harold Bailey, Robert and Louise Levee and Beryl Gyde.
Family and friends may visit at the Foundation Stone Christian Church 4532 Woodville Rd in Northwood on Wednesday September 7, 2011 from 3:30 – 5 p.m. where services will be held at 5 p.m. Burial will follow at Clay Twp. Cemetery.
