Kathy Adamski

Kathleen Joann Adamski, age 73, of Northwood, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg surrounded by her family.  She was born on December 13, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Billie Scott.  Kathy was a 1967 graduate of Sylvania High School.  She worked as a waitress at Tony Packo’s from 1985-1995.  Kathy married her husband, Matt on April 12, 1986.  She loved spending time with her family, playing cards and loved going to dinner.  Kathy was often found doing outdoor work, cleaning and enjoyed taking trips to the casino.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Matt Adamski; children, James McOwen, Matthew McOwen, Shannon (Brian) Weaver, and Chris Chovanec; grandchildren, Michael Vallejo, Kyle McOwen, Ryan McOwen, Hannah McOwen, Case McOwen, and Joey (Hannah) Hansen; sister, Carolyn Scott; brother, Wes (Brenda) Scott; stepmom, Jackie Scott; and stepbrother, Bret (Sue) Chenevert.  She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Toni Rudnicki; and brother, Steve Rudnicki.

A memorial gathering will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, from 3-7:00 p.m. where a memorial service will take place at 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for medical expenses.
