Karen Sue Rooks

Karen S. Rooks, 58, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020.  She was born on June 18, 1962 in Walbridge, Ohio.  Karen attended Lake High School and was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Karen enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandkids.  She would cook for family gatherings and holidays.  She will be dearly missed.

Karen is survived by her children, Michell (Jason) North and Christopher (Sarah) Older; grandchildren, Candace, Ashlynne, Macy, Zander, Kadence, Gage, Lincoln, Annabelle, Olivia, and Mavis; great-granddaughter, Raelynn; and siblings, Marsha (Richard) Doolin, Debbie Auger, and Scott (Liz) Lutz.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn (Terry) Lutz; father, Lee Medley; daughter, Tiffany Urban; brother, Lee Medley and brother-in-law, George Auger.

Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 South Wynn Road, Oregon on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 10:00-1:00 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow at Lake Twp. Cemetery.
