Justin Duncan, 25, of Toledo passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012. He was born on May 17, 1987 in Toledo, Ohio to David and Eileen Duncan. Justin is survived by his parents, brother, Cody Duncan; sister, Lindsey Duncan; grandmother, Mabel Duncan and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry Duncan and Gerard and Lois Spears.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon from 4-6 p.m. where a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m.
