He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Angelina (DeLaRosa) Beltran; children, Juan Jr., Joaquin Sr., Eloisa, Rafael, Genaro, Irma, Paulo, Rosendo Sr., Joseluis, Carmen, and Arturo Sr.; 34 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Felipe Beltran Sr.; sisters, Maria Luisa Vasquez, Guadalupe Trevino, Ramona (Isidro) Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Dora Garcia; and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joaquin Beltran and Guadalupe (Montejano) Leal; step-father, Roberto Leal; and brother, Eduardo Garcia.
Visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on what would have been his 70th Birthday, Thursday, November 10, 2011 from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. The family would like to thank his nurse, Hillary and nephew, Jesse for their patience in taking care of Juan.
