Joseph E. Dusza, 64, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013, at The Toledo Hospital. He was born in Toledo on April 20, 1949 to Joseph M. and Irene P. (Kaduk) Dusza and was a 1967 graduate of Whitmer High School. Joe served our country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and worked for over 33 years as a training instructor for Toledo Edison at Davis-Besse. He was an avid sports fan playing both basketball and baseball in high school and enjoyed golfing and bowling.
Joe is survived by his mother, Irene Fahsholtz; father, Joseph M. Dusza; son, Joseph F. Dusza; brother, Ronald (Jacki) Dusza and sister, Kathleen Kerekes (Joe Primer) along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet (Vogeli) Dusza.
Per Joe’s wishes he will be laid to rest with his wife, Janet at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Services will be private. Memorials in Joe’s name may be made to the charity of the Donor’s choice. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
