Josefa (Falcon) Negrin

Josefa Negrin, 81, of Toledo passed away on Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Hospice of N.W. Ohio Toledo Center.  She was born on May 4, 1930 in Santa Clara, Cuba to Antonio and Victoria Falcon.  Josefa was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She enjoyed gardening, reading and preaching Jehovah’s word.
Josefa is survived by her sons:  Eugenio, Carlos, Santiago, Pedro, Abel, Joel and Henry Negrin; daughters, Maria E. Espinoza, Maricela Rodriguez, Maria E. Jorro, Damaisi Gomez, Olga L. Negrin, Linda R. Negrin and Josefa I. Sassano; 54 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren; sister, Maria Isabel Falcon, father of her children, Ernesto Negrin, nephews, Barbarito Sotolongo and many in Cuba.  She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Carlos Negrin
Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held that night at 7 p.m. Prayers will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday followed by the burial at Lake Twp. Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
