Jerry D. Dile, 58, of Toledo, OH passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Toledo on October 17, 1957 to James and Elsie (Bowers) Dile. In his spare time, Jerry enjoyed collecting guns and knives. He was a real animal lover with a kind heart and time spent with his grandchildren will always be cherished.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Rhonda Dile; children, Brooks (Cassie) DuMounte and Shannon DuMounte; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Bob and John Dile, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Justin Long and siblings Jim, Dick and Randy Dile.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon, on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Jerry’s family.
