JEFFREY A. STEPHENS
Jeffrey A. Stephens, 49, of Toledo, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013, at Bay Park Community Hospital. He was born in Toledo on February 2, 1964 to Ottis and Flora (Brewer) Stephens and was a 1983 graduate of Waite High School. For over 20 years, Jeffrey was a truck driver.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa G. (Gloria) Stephens; daughters, Tanya and Jessica Stephens; one granddaughter and four grandsons; father, Ottis and sister, Terry Stephens. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Jerry.
Family and friends may visit from 2-8 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 in the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon. Funeral services will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home in Linden, TN. Burial will be held in Stephens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made directly to the family.
