Jeff Molnar, 44, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee. He was born on June 25, 1971 in Oregon, Ohio to Della (Boyer) and Julius S. Molnar, Jr. and was a 1989 graduate of Northwood High School and Penta Career Center. Jeff owned and operated Drywall and Painting Services in Perrysburg for over 25 years.
He loved boating and was past Commodore for Maumee River Yacht Club (2007), an active member of the Associated Yacht Club where he served as their historian for several years and a recent member of the Riverview Yacht Club. Jeff enjoyed travelling all over the world and hiking; but most of all spending time with his two grandchildren and taking his nephew, LJ for ice cream in his vet.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Della (Glenn) Hill; daughter, Katie Molnar (Kyle Burdge); son, Collin Molnar (Angel Davis); grandchildren, Makenna and Maci Burdge; grandmother, Helen Molnar; significant other, Holly Stoyanovich; brother, Jason (Christie) Molnar, Sr.; nephews, Jason, Jr. and Aydenn Molnar and with many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Ivan and Rosemary Boyer and Julius Molnar, Sr.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. with a Service conducted by the Associated Yacht Club to begin at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday in the funeral home. Entombment will be private at Restlawn Memorial Park at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made directly to the family.
