Jeanetta L. (Keesee) Costanzo

Jeanetta Louise Costanzo age 82 of Temperance, Michigan passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Hampton Manor of Bedford. Jeanetta was born in Beckley, West Virginia to Charles Earl and Caroline Lambie (Cormack) Keesee on December 11, 1940. Jeanetta was a 1958 graduate of Waite High School. She married the love of her life Joseph Costanzo on February 1, 1964. They were blessed with 59 years of marriage until Joe’s passing on May 2, 2023. Jeanetta worked in the records department at Toledo Clinic and then Retina Vitreous Associates at St. Vincent Medical Center.  She was a devoted mom and grandmother. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren.  Jeanetta was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and Riverview Yacht Club. She enjoyed painting ceramics, playing Bunco and was an avid Steelers fan.

Jeanetta is survived by her children, Debbie (Rick) Longenecker, Lori (Mark) Gruetter, Jeff (Deanna) Costanzo, and Joe (Teresa) Costanzo; grandchildren, Kayla (Ian), Cassie, Jack, Ally, Madi, Vinny, and Mark; her brother, Charles (Chris) Keesee, brother-in-law, Gus (Charlotte) Costanzo, sister-in-law, Theresa Costanzo and many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, Jeanetta was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Elizabeth Coulter Beard.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 2-8:00 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, at St. Jerome Catholic Church where family will greet guests after 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
