Jean Ella Zeh, 86, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 13, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to Walter and Beatrice (Woodruff) Knorr. Jean worked as a department store retail clerk at Tiedtke’s department store for 16 years and for Northwood Schools for 4 years. She was an avid Bingo player and proud to listen to her cousin, Johnny Knorr’s band.
Jean is survived by her sons: Kenneth (Sue) Sr. and Rodney (Ruthann) Zeh; grandchildren: Jeannine, Kenneth A., Kimberly, Kenneth Jr. and Lynn; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren and sister, Eileen. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Charlotte.
Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
