Jean Dorothy Quilter

Jean (Wiedersatz) Quilter, 95, of Toledo, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Toledo Campus. She was born in Swanton, OH on May 1, 1926 to Joseph and Ruth Marie (Wahl) Wiedersatz. Jean graduated from Libbey High School in 1944. She worked as a dental lab technician for Knoll, Dresch and Larkin Laboratories. Jean enjoyed watching Ohio State football and playing games on her computer. She was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her family.

Jean leaves behind her children, James (Kathleen) Quilter and Patricia (Marty) Nemecek; her five grandchildren; and her eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ruth, and her sister, Patricia.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Toledo Campus and the staff of Freck Funeral Chapel for their support and loving care.

Private services will be held and Jean will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
