Janice S. Arnold

Janice Sharon Arnold, 71 of Oregon, OH passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 19th, 2022. Janice was born on March 18th, 1951 to Everett Davis and Jean Cox (Davis) in Jellico, Tennessee. She graduated from Woodward High School in Toledo, OH.  Janice raised three beautiful children, Kimberly Goucher, Christopher Arnold, and Jennifer Vollmar (Bryan). She also loved her grandchildren, Miranda Goucher, Skyler Shipley, Kaylin Arnold, and Cameron Vollmar with all of her heart, including all of the grand dogs.

Janice retired from Calphalon after working there from May of 1995 until March of 2017. She was very creative and could make something beautiful out of anything she could get her hands on. She loved making her family different decor for their homes and gardens.  Janice had a heart of gold and a witty personality like no other. She was sassy yet classy. She was loved by so many, and we will miss her so much.

Janice is survived by her mother, children, grandchildren, siblings: Cheryl Washburn and Cathy DeCant. She was preceded in death by her father, brother Michael Davis Sr, and son Wayne R Goucher.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, from 3:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.
