James Dale Schultz, known by many as Jim or Jimbo passed away unexpectedly on August 12th, 2024, at the age of 64 in Perrysburg, OH. Jim was the beloved son of Richard and Geraldine Schultz.  He attended Woodward High School where he was a star football player. Jim was a general contractor who did it all, he had over 40 years of experience. He specialized in roofing and was known for his tireless work ethic, never taking a day off. Jim was the go-to construction man in the family, always lending a hand with house projects. His favorite quote throughout the years remained the same “got me working for peanuts.” Jim was well loved by many. He cherished every moment spent with his family. He shared his love for construction by passing on his skills and knowledge to them, ensuring they knew the ins and outs of the trade.

Jim is survived by his children Stevie and Stephanie Rutherford. His beloved sister Bridget and brother-in-law and best friend Gene Lands. His nieces and nephews that were more like children to him; Trory and Angela Dart, LeatherAnn and Jonathan Lofton, Merlin and Heather Lands, and Heidi Vence.
