James C. Heebsh, 74, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 06, 2012 at the Hospice of N.W. Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born on December 17, 1937 in Toledo to Delbert and Marian Heebsh. James worked for CSX Railroad for many years retiring in 1994. He was avid Nascar and Dale Earnhardt fan and enjoyed watching hunting and fishing shows. James loved his dogs.
James is survived by his children: Theresa (Don) Fern, Gregory Heebsh, Joan Fitch(Dr. Moe) Adas, Rebecca Garcia, Peggy (Paul) Grzechowiak, Julie (David) Cole and Christopher (CJ Micheals) Heebsh. Bumpas has 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Charlotte Earl and Karen (Jim) Paxton and brother, Raymond (Shirley) Heebsh. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Kathleen, 3 brothers, and 2 grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
