James R. (Jim) Drouillard

James R. “Jim” Drouillard age 77 of Oregon passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Toledo. Jim was born to Joseph and June (Clark) Drouillard on July 3, 1946, in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Clay High School. Jim was a professional dog groomer for many years at Jim’s Dog Grooming in Point Place, his dog show grooming was highly sought after for competitions. He greatly enjoyed attending classic car shows and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Detroit Red Wings hockey. Jim married his wife Margaret “Kathy” (Martin) on January 20, 1979.

Jim is survived by his wife Margaret “Kathy” Drouillard; children Brian (Kristi) Drouillard, Rosemary (Terry) Lindley, Brandon Drouillard, Christian (Cecile) Drouillard, and Jonathan Drouillard; grandchildren Leann, Elizabeth, Chriselle, Cassidy and McKenna; sisters Pam Lorenzen and Nancy Noel; brothers Jay (Marlene) Drouillard and Terry Drouillard and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Henrietta Curtis, Ruth Stacy, Barbara Miller, and Joan Largent; and brothers Fred, Joseph, Willie, Wayne, Milton, and John Drouillard.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
