Jacqueline Scott

Jacqueline Scott, age 89, of Oregon, OH, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the Gardens of St. Francis. She was born in Monroe, MI on August 3, 1934 to Carey and Charlotte Parks. Jacqueline worked for over twenty years as a school bus driver for Sylvania City Schools. She enjoyed listening to music and disco dancing, especially enjoyed the movie Saturday Night Fever, the Bee Gees, Johnny Matthis and Elvis. In her younger years, she had enjoyed riding her motorcycle on the open road. She had a special spot in her heart for her dogs Star and Misty, but most of all, she loved her family. She will live on and be dearly missed in the hearts of all that knew her.

Jacqueline leaves behind her sons, Wes (Brenda) Scott, and Bret (Suzie) Chenevert; her step-child, Caroline Scott; her niece Julie Adams, her grandchildren, Tracy, Shawn, Gary, Kaitlyn, and Phoebe; her step-grandchildren, Jim, Matthew, Shannon, Wendy, Shelby, and Leslie. She was preceded in death by her parents; Charlotte and Carey Parks, her brothers Jerry Noland and Carl Parks, her sister Vicki Crowell, her daughter, Antoinette Young; her son Steven Rudnicki; and her step-daughter, Kathy Adamski.

Jackie has requested to be cremated, with a memorial service to follow on a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, OH.
