Jack A. Goulet, 70, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at his residence on July 19, 2014.  Jack was born to Charles and Alice (Reno) Goulet , in Toledo, on November 5, 1943.  He was a graduate of Lake High. Jack served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He married his love, Janice (Singer), and together had 4 children.

Jack is survived by his children: Diana (Noah) Farmer, Brian L. (April) Baker and Shelly (Howard) Rogers; grandchildren, Jack (Candi), Tara (Bryan), Ryan, Jeff (Becky), Adam (Katie) and Brian A. (Nicole); 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon (Lawrence) Stickler; brother, Rick Goulet.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janice; son, Donald Baker and brother, Jim Goulet.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 2-8 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at New Belleville Ridge Cemetery in Bowling Green, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Maumee Valley Save-A-Pet.
