Jack A. Goulet, 70, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away at his residence on July 19, 2014. Jack was born to Charles and Alice (Reno) Goulet , in Toledo, on November 5, 1943. He was a graduate of Lake High. Jack served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He married his love, Janice (Singer), and together had 4 children.
Jack is survived by his children: Diana (Noah) Farmer, Brian L. (April) Baker and Shelly (Howard) Rogers; grandchildren, Jack (Candi), Tara (Bryan), Ryan, Jeff (Becky), Adam (Katie) and Brian A. (Nicole); 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon (Lawrence) Stickler; brother, Rick Goulet. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janice; son, Donald Baker and brother, Jim Goulet.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at New Belleville Ridge Cemetery in Bowling Green, Ohio.
