Ina Ray Heath

Ina Ray Heath, age 80, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022.  She was born on January 29, 1942 in Cumberland, Maryland.  Ina was a graduate of Waite High School. She was always supportive of her two sons as they played numerous sports growing up…never missing a game. Before retirement Ina enjoyed working at both Disney and SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida. She loved spending time with family, especially when it came to taking them to Disney or SeaWorld. She was an avid game player, enjoyed playing cards, bingo, table games and ultimately games on her iPad. Ina also liked making crafts, knitting, and crocheting. Although she never had a lot, she was a very kind and generous person…always giving to those who had less. She held her family and friends close to her heart. Forever in our hearts.

Ina is survived by her son, David L. Heath, Jr.; grandchildren, Vanessa (Cody) Bruns, and Timothy Heath; great-grandchildren, Haidyn and Logan and her sister, Carlon Mummert.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rita Carter, husband, David L. Heath, Sr.; son, Daniel Heath and her siblings, Evelyn Snyder, John Carter, Ronnie Carter, Connie Wilcox, Butch Carter, and Emma Ewing

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, February 14, 2022, from 3-7:00 p.m. where services will be held at 7:00 p.m.  Private burial will take place at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
