Hermina Louise Forbes

Hermina Louise Forbes age 60 of Toledo passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by family. Hermina was born to Walter and Frances (Spadafore) Forbes Sr. on April 9. 1962 in Toledo, Ohio. Before retirement, she worked in restaurant management for over 30 years at the McDonald’s on Woodville Rd. and Frisch’s Big Boy on Heatherdowns before that. Hermina loved being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her kids and grandkids were everything to her, and she loved being a mother to everyone in the neighborhood.

Hermina is survived by her children Ella Ritter, Diana (AJ Wise) Campbell, Colleen Rafferty, Patrick Campbell, Damion Roundtree, and Cody Campbell; grandchildren Kamryn (Danny), Josh, Giovanni, Milania, Shenikqua, Elliot, Chancelor, Cash and Diamond; great-grandchildren Francesca, Apollo and Amethyst; siblings Michelle (Jim) Long, Joseph Boyd Jr., Walter (Debbie) Forbes Jr., and Darold (Roxanne) Forbes; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Torina Campbell, and brothers John Boyd and Jeffrey Forbes Sr.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S Wynn Rd. in Oregon, Ohio on Thursday, December 22, 2022, from 11 until 3 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the family.
