Helen Louise Abdo, 83, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 16, 2012 in her home. She was born on April 6, 1928 in Greenup County Kentucky to Fred and Bertha (Whitley) Hudson. She was an active sister of the Church of God on Doyle St. in Toledo until it closed down.
Helen is survived by her loving children, Dyarl (Patty) Abdo, Louis (Sally) Abdo Jr., Chuck (Sharon) Abdo, Kay (Russ) Rothenbuhler, Pam Gruetter, Tim (Sandy) Abdo, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, her husband, Louis Abdo and eight brothers and sisters.
Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon, on Wednesday, March 21st from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral chapel the following Thursday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Northwest Ohio Hospice.
