Gerald Lee (Ozzie) Osburn

Gerald Lee “Ozzie” Osburn, age 64, of Oregon passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

Ozzie was born on June 21, 1956 to the late William Osburn and Virginia Stoneking in Toledo. He graduated from Macomber High School and worked at FIAT Chrysler as a sheet metal specialist.

Ozzie loved being outdoors. He was always fishing, hunting, and golfing. He cherished the time he spent with all of his grandchildren. His family was a big part of his life, as well as his good friends Paul and Bob. His “good buddy” Frenchie the dog is going to miss him.

Ozzie is survived by his wife Alice; children Kelly (Adam) Keith, AJ (Traci) Osburn, Michael (Breda) Osburn, and Ginny (Rob Villagomez) Osburn; siblings Marty Grant, Jim Mann, John Mann, and Betty Ingle. He is also survived by many grandchildren. Ozzie is preceded in death by his parents; brother William Osburn, and granddaughter Serenity Osburn-Brown.

Ozzie’s family will welcome friends and family on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 2-8 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 AM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the American Red Cross.
