Gary E. Martin
Gary E. Martin, 61, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital. He was born on April 30, 1953 to William and Beatrice Martin in Toledo, Ohio. Gary was a graduate of Clay High School and worked as a truck driver for Seaway Food Town for 25 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 20. Gary loved music and was a drummer in a western country band for many years.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Joann Martin; children: Salina Harman, Carissa Martin, Penny Hartford, Sheri Hartford, Richard Hartford, Charles Hartford and Todd Hartford; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; mother, Beatrice Martin; brothers, John (Cindy)Martin, Edward Martin and Charles “C.J.” (Melissa) Martin and his sister, Tina (Eric) Pasquelle. He was preceded in death by his father, William and brother, David.
