Frank C. Perlaky

November 22, 1943 — April 9, 2016

Frank C. Perlaky, 72, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Center, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on November 22, 1943 to Frank and Mary (Szabo) Perlaky. He served in the U.S. Navy, stationed at Norfolk, Virginia during the Vietnam War. He was a radio operator and finished his tour in 1967 on the USS Putnam. Once Frank returned home he married the love of his life Suzanne Stephan and shared 39 wonderful years until her passing in 2006.

He worked as a Pressman for the Toledo Blade for 35 years until he retired and went on to work for ProMedica Bay Park Hospital.

Frank is survived by his daughters:  Lisa (Glenn) Crawford, Amy (Bryan) Campbell and Debi (Dave) Brobst, grandchildren:  Matthew & Audrey Crawford and Madison & Colton Campbell; sisters, Marlene (John) Danko and Fran Perlaky and fond companions, Bailey, Riley and Copper.  He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Suzanne.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 from 3-8 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday in the funeral home at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to ProMedica Ebeid Hospice.
