Frank H. Klavinger, Jr.
Frank H. Klavinger, Jr., age 70, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 28, 1943 in Latchie, Ohio to Frank and Mary Ellen (Goodman) Klavinger. Frank graduated from Lake High School and became a machinist by trade. He worked for several years for Sun Tool Machine before starting Trowbridge Machine with his father. Later he opened his own machine shop, F & K Industries. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was a member of the Harbor View Yacht Club.
He is survived by his son, Jayme (Shana) Klavinger; daughter, Amy Klavinger; grandson, Rylan; mother, Mary Ellen Klavinger; siblings, Betty Lou (Jim) Miller, Dale (Sondra) Klavinger and Marilyn (Larry) Bobak and several nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his father.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
