Frank H. Brining, 75, of Northwood, OH, passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at his home.  He was born on January 1, 1938, to Carl and Vera (George) Brining in Columbus, OH. Frank served in the United States Army. He was a Glass Worker for L.O.F. for 15 years until his retirement. He was a volunteer at the Jerusalem Twp. Fire Department and their food pantry. Frank was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and B.T.W. motorcycle trike club. He was a giving man who gave more than his time he gave his love.

Frank is survived by his loving children, Frank (Kathleen) Brining II, Angelica (Dylan) Brining, Michele (Geoff) Barnes, Deborah (George) Gallagher and Laura Brining; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; Companion, Edith Tussing. He was preceded in death by parents and wife, Mary Brining.


Friends and family may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon, OH on, Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. A Fireman’s Last Call Service will take place that night at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be the following day at 11 a.m. in the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the March of Dimes or the Jerusalem Twp. Fire Department.
