Ernest M. Schaefer, age 45, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012 in his home. He was born on December 12, 1966 to Michael J. and Barbara (Davis) Schaefer. Ernest was the owner and operator of Jet Towing Company for 12 years. In his spare time he enjoyed watching the Steelers and was a real Harley rider and fan.
Ernest is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Jill; children, Stephen Schaefer, Michael Schaefer, Kimberly (Adam) Fekete, Angel Mather and Matthew Schaefer; many grandchildren; mother, Barbara Anderson; brother, Robert (Deanne) Schaefer; nephews, Robert “Robbie” and Brant Schaefer and niece, Gayle Schaefer. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael J. Schaefer.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the Funeral Chapel at 7 p.m. that day. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s choice.
