Emma A. Ray, 93, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center. She was born on March 8, 1921 to Samuel and Verna Broshious in Fremont, OH. Emma enjoyed playing cards, bingo, going to the casino as well as camping.
She is survived by her children, Henry Gorski, Robert (Lesa) Ray, Thomas (Kim) Ray, Timothy (Susan) Ray, 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren. Emma was preceded in death by her husband’s Sigmund Gorski and John Ray, her parents and sons, Edward Broshious , Albert Scheck , David Ray and John S. Gorski and several brothers and sisters.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel Wynn at Pickle Rd. in Oregon, OH. (419) 693-9304, on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. and Friday after 9 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
