Emily R. (Ruby) Loyd, 89, of Oregon, OH., passed on to her heavenly home on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born on September 22, 1923 to John and Tula (Jackson) McClure in Palmersville, TN.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Loyd; siblings, Agatha Cook, Agola Emerson, Doris, Darwin, Desmond and Rosco McClure. She is survived by her loving siblings, Rowena Wood and Claudius McClure as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon, on Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 2-7 p.m. where services will be held at 7 p.m. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donor of their choice.
