Eloisa R. Estrada

Eloisa R. Estrada, age 88, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at home surrounded by family.  She was born on May 12, 1935 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Emeterio and Anita (Ramirez) Rocha.  Eloisa married her husband, Valente on August 27, 1953.  She worked at MercyHealth-St. Vincent Medical Center for many years in housekeeping.  Eloisa was a member of Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Church.

Eloisa is survived by her husband of 69 years, Valente; children, David (Betty) Estrada, Albert Estrada, Linda (Juan) Romero, Dalia (Aureliano) Villarreal, Gilbert Estrada, and Robert Estrada; 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 15 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Augustina, Tomasa, Olivia, Virginia, Jose’, Masimo, Domingo, Augustina, Ofelia, and Nicholas Rocha.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, from 2-8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Thursday with prayers at 9:00 a.m. and continue on with the Funeral Mass at Epiphany of the Lord Parish-St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
