March 3, 1952 — February 18, 2016

Elmer R. Reichow, 63, of Millbury, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 18, 2016.  He was born on March 3, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio.  Elmer was a 1970 graduate of Clay High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from Owens.  He worked as a production manager for 37 years for the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities where he touched so many lives.  Elmer married Carol Leidel on June 30, 1973 and together they started their family.

He enjoyed traveling and taking bus trips across the United States with his wife.  Elmer was a member of the Moose Lodge #1610 and was a big Dallas Cowboy’s and Ohio State fan.  In his spare time, he loved camping and collecting die cast cars.  But most of all Pop Pop loved his little stinkers, Hannah, Emily and Dean.  He will be dearly missed.

Elmer is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Carol; his daughters, Susan (Guy) Schultz and Christy (Lee) Schultz; his grandchildren, Hannah, Emily and Dean; his siblings, his brother and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews along with many beloved friends.
