Eleanor Elizabeth Cramer, 87, of Toledo passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Orchard Villa. She was born on June 12, 1925 in Catawba Island, OH to Stephen and Mary (Kovacs) Filyo. She worked as an Optician for Sears Optical for 15 years until her retirement. Eleanor enjoyed Bowling and was a member of the Arthur Daly post.
Eleanor is survived by her children, Clark (Marsha) Gould and Cheryl Jessee; granddaughter, Jennifer Johnson; great-grandson, Vince Pecina; companion (of 24 years) Michael Senosky; along with many other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and 3 sisters.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, June 15, 2012 from 2 - 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Willow Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
