Dorothy Marie (Myers)
Dorothy Marie Stevens, 88, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center. She was born on September 5, 1926 in Toledo, Ohio to William and Beulah Osenbaugh. Dorothy was a graduate of Waite High School and worked as a Supervisor for Central Supply at St. Charles Hospital. In her spare time, Dorothy enjoyed spending time at the casino playing the penny slots. She loved to travel, especially to Gatlinburg, TN. But most of all Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
Dorothy is survived by her loving children: Sandra (Randy) Hammitt, Michael (Nancy) Myers and David (Terri) Myers; 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Barbara Osenbaugh and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Duane; brothers, Bill, Dick, Don and Bob and her sisters, Marietta and Ruby.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Willow Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
