Dorothy A. Huber, 82, of Northwood, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born on October 10, 1929 in McComb, Ohio to Henry and Harriet Baum. Dorothy was married to John Huber on July 3, 1948. She graduated from Washington Twp. High School, Tontogany, Ohio. After raising five children she worked at Exchange Bank in Walbridge and later at Charter One Bank in Toledo working as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Dorothy is survived by her children: Barbara Huber, Steven (Phyllis) Huber, Joe (Diane) Huber and David (Vickie) Huber; grandchildren: Sean Northcutt, Steven and Matthew Huber, Lori Ernsthausen, Chad Huber, Kristen Vick, Clay Huber, Danielle Zeiler, Cory Huber and Alison Huber and great-grandchildren, Cade, Ryan, Cash, Leah, Joy and Ariana. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Kathy Zeiler and half-brothers, Lawrence and Harold Beckman.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio on Monday, August 27, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s choice.
