Doris A. Faylor, age 67, of Toledo, OH, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Toledo, OH to Mike and Helen (Szakovits) Marshalko on November 22, 1945. She was employed with the Toledo Public Schools, retiring in 2004. Doris enjoyed gardening, working word puzzles and loved spending time with her family.
Doris is survived by her children, Christine (Timothy) Magsig, Judy Cummings and Theresa Cummings; grandchildren, Tommy Steinmetz, Nicholas Steinmetz and Elizabeth Magsig; brothers, Corky (Johnette) and Ronald Marshalko; sister-in-law, Wilda Marshalko and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Brad Cummings and brother, Robert Marshalko.
Family and friends may visit from 2-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 in the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Burial will follow at North Oregon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Red Cross.
