Donna May Donofrio

Donna M. Donofrio, age 70, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Center.  She was born on March 20, 1954 in Toledo, Ohio to Malcom and Elizabeth (Hakius) Coughlin.  Donna was a graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School.  She worked over 30 years for Toledo Public Schools in various capacities, retiring in 2015.  Donna enjoyed hanging out with the friends and traveling.  She had a green thumb and loved to work in her flower garden.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Donna is survived by her sons, Vince (Jessica) Donofrio, and David (Jessica) Donofrio; grandchildren, Eric, Gianna, Dominic, Elijah, Luca, and Vincent; sister-in-law, Millie Coughlin; her niece and many nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Malcom and Elizabeth (Hakius); stepfather, Merle; and brothers, Mike and Frank “Spunky” Coughlin.

A celebration of life will be held at Mainstreet Church on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10-12:00 p.m. where services will take place at 12:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
