Donald Valdon Hall “Don”, 81, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away at Orchard Villa on Thursday, April 5, 2012.  Don was born in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph and Edith (Zeller) Hall on February 13, 1931.  He was a 1950 graduate of Clay High.  Don married his loving wife, Elaine Coon Hall on November 25, 1950.  Together they raised 3 children, Christine, Robert and Terry.  Don was employed at L.O.F. Rossford as a template maker for 32 years, retiring in 1982.  He enjoyed traveling, fishing, woodworking, his family and had a 25 year obsession with “Don’s Deluxe” chop suey at Pearl River.

Don is survived by his wife, Elaine; children, Christine Wilhelm (Dan), Robert Hall (Mary Jo), Terry Belkofer (Ken); grandchildren, Mark Belkofer (Sarah), Robin Belkofer, David Hall, Jonathan Hall, Samuel Hall, Andrew Hall; sister, Crystal Densmore; sister-in-law, Bernadine Hall.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Lyman Hall; grandson, Thomas Hall and brother-in-law, Jack Densmore.
Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, April 8, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Monday, April 9th at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider the Sunshine Foundation or Christ United Methodist Church.
