Dennis Lee Shabnow, 59, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017. He was born on November 12, 1957 in Oregon, Ohio to Denver and Shirley Shabnow. Dennis was a graduate of Waite High School and worked various jobs over the years. Most recently he co owned the Mirage auto detailing shop. Dennis enjoyed family gatherings, camping and bowling. He was an avid Ohio State fan. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Dennis is survived by his sons, Jim (Amanda) Shabnow and Brad (Jacqueline) Shabnow; granddaughter, Cassandra; father, Denver (Linda) Shabnow; siblings, Greg Shabnow, Laurie Shabnow, Diane (James) Lee, Sherry (Dave) Yates, Brian Shabnow, Jennifer (Keith Karcsak) Shabnow and Steven Shabnow; uncle, Jeff Galyas, 12 nieces and nephews and 10 great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon from 4-6 p.m. where a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m.
