Dennis Owen Korb

Dennis O. Korb, age 78, of Toledo, Ohio went to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Majestic Care Center of Toledo.  He was born on June 7, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to William and Mary (Snyder) Korb.  Dennis was a 1963 graduate of Waite High School and worked for Jeep for 36 years, retiring in 1999.  In his younger years, he was an A.S.A. Toledo City Umpire and enjoyed golfing.  Dennis took such an interest in golf and was able to design and make his own golf clubs.  Dennis was a faithful member of Grace Brethren Chapel in Gibsonburg, Ohio.  He will be dearly missed.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Sharon Korb; children, Chris Korb, and Jennifer Korb; grandchildren, Katlin Cantu, Cassandra Cantu, Megan Korb, Andrew Korb, Lindsey Dazley, and Michael Dazley; great grandson, Xayden Isaac Prothero; and his sister, Nancy (John) Gabriel.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Thomas Korb, Carol Dudas, and Gerald Korb.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, November 11, 2022, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow at Grace Brethren Chapel at 4:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions can be made to Grace Brethren Chapel, 1820 State Route 590 Gibsonburg, OH. 43431.
