Delores L. Billings - Baylan

Delores L. Billings-Baylan age 69 of Toledo, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. Delores was born to Nelson J. and Ruby J. (Harlan) Billings in Toledo, Ohio on July 22, 1952. Delores worked as a hairdresser in her younger years. She was best known for her beautiful singing voice and love for cooking. Her family was her world and she enjoyed get togethers and cookouts. Delores was most happy going out, singing Karaoke and sharing a nice meal with her family. She loved to be included in the fun. Delores recently lost her canine companion, Brutus who passed away shortly before she did.

Delores is survived by her loving daughters Heather (Rachel Clark) Gruetter and Kristina (Kareem Mohamed) Markal; grandchildren Saniye Markal, Asiye Markal, Emine Markal, and Turhan Markal; siblings David (Gene) Billings, Steven (Lisa) Billings, Kristina (Leo) Snell and Kerri Mohn and many nieces and nephews. She also loved spending time with her granddoggers Blu Bella and Baby Blu. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Vicki Garbrandt and brother Jeffery Billings.
