Della M. Hill, age 68, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016. Della was born to Ivan and Rosemary (Burklo) Boyer on August 20, 1947. She worked many different jobs throughout her life and brought a joy to all of them. Della was an expert cook and enjoyed preparing food for her loved ones. In her spare time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles. Della never knew a stranger and was one of the kindest souls, she will be dearly missed.
Leaving behind are her, husband of 25 years, Glenn; children, Melanie Hill and Jason (Christie) Molnar; grandchildren, Katie, Collin, Lester, Craig, Destiny, Antonio, Jason Jr. and Aydenn; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Sharon DeCant, Charlotte Coker and James Boyer. Della’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Shannon, Shylah and Josh for being with them during her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jeffery Molnar.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon, on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Glenn Hill.
