Debra J. Sharkey, 57, of Toledo, OH passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012 at Heartland of Oregon. She was born on December 22, 1954 in Toledo, OH to Henry and June (Bishop) Fuquea. Deb worked at the Toddler School for the past 10 years. She enjoyed camping, riding on motorcycles with her husband, Bingo, gambling, garage sales, shopping and reading.
Deb is survived by her husband, Thomas; children, Kimberly (Andrew) Kandik and Thomas Sharkey Jr.; granddaughters, Hayley and Brooklyn; brothers, Mark Fuquea and Fred (Carol) Saunders. Also surviving are her close friend, JoAnn Monhollen and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Stephen.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 from 2 - 8 p.m. the funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
