Darles Jean Zunk

Darles Jean Zunk age 80, of Jerusalem Township passed away at Manor of Perrysburg on Monday December 7, 2020. Darles was born to Clyde and Jeanette  (Kelly) Sharlow on May 27, 1940 in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Clay High School and worked as a real estate agent for Danberry for many years. Darles was an active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Bono  for many years volunteering for festivals, serving as a member of the Pastoral Council and Altar Rosary.

Darles is survived by her children Kelly (Mike) McCullough, Chris Zunk, Stephen (Beth) Zunk, Mark (Kathy) Zunk, and Jacob Zunk; grandchildren Nicholas, Abbey, Skyler, Lucas (Rachel), Nolan, and Quinlin; great-grandchild Harvest and sister, Linda (James) Gray. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers James Otto and Clyde (Karen) Sharlow.

Friends and Family can visit Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Bono. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions are appreciated to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Alzheimer’s Association.
