Darleen D. Cruz, 64, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 21, 1950 in Toledo to Arthur and Dorothy Auger. Darleen enjoyed watching soap operas and spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.
Darleen is survived by loving husband, Humberto “Robert” Cruz; son, Robert (Tammy) Pierson; daughter, Sherri (Ronaldo) Rodreques; special children, Christina Cruz, Humberto Cruz, Jr. and Kimberly Shelton; special grandchildren, Johnny Cardenas, Robert Shelton, Tamara Gillespie and Amy Dutcher; grandchildren, Isabella and Aubrianna Pierson, Haevan and Skylar Rodreques; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Auger; sister, Sheryl (Tommy) Hughart and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Justin; sister, Beverly and sister-in-law, Angelica Najera.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to Latins United.
