Daniel J. Spaulding, age 14, of Oregon, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 29, 2014. He was born on January 28, 2000 in Oregon, Ohio to Doris and Gary Spaulding. Daniel attended Fassett Middle School and was currently in the 8th grade. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
Daniel is survived by his loving family, mother, Doris (Steve Hanudel) Spaulding; sister, Ondrea Spaulding; brother, Donald Martin III; step-siblings, Christa, Kaine, and Shandi Hanudel; grandparents: Lyndon (Michelle) Coutcher, Luann (Earl) Correa and Rita Purdy along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Gary; his grandfather Kenneth Spaulding and his great-grandparents, Jessie and Muriel Urbina.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at VFW #4906 Consaul St. after 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
