Cynthia Jayne (Eff) Zuccarell

January 28, 1952 — April 28, 2022

Cynthia Jayne Zuccarell (Eff) “Nana” age 70 of Toledo, Ohio passed away at home on Thursday, April 28, 2022. Cynthia was born to Norman Clifford and Phyllis Ruth (Schutt) Eff in Toledo, Ohio on January 28, 1952. She attended Waite High School and worked for many years as a bartender at the Maumee River Yacht Club and Paris Nite Club. Throughout her life, she enjoyed family gatherings, puzzles, Elvis Presley, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cynthia is survived by her children Dawn (Ed) Torres, Tracey (Joe) Shible, Robert Camp, and Coni LaVrar; grandchildren Holly (Emilio), Stephanie (Nick), Jacob, Emily (Brandon), Hannah (Joe), and Zach; great-grandsons Jayson, Kayden, Jaxson, Colton, Ignacio, and Grayson; siblings David (June) Eff, Sandi (Rich) Danko, Tim Eff, Joe Long, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband Joseph Zuccarell in 2008; and siblings Jack Eff, Linda Severson, Rick Eff, Dick Long, and Jeff Long.

Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 3:00p.m. until 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Cynthia's significant other John Meilink, lifelong best friend Mel Lugabihl, and Kind Hearts Hospice.
