Connie Lynn Brunner

Connie Lynn Brunner age 77 of Port Clinton passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2025. Connie was born to Arba and Bernice (Miller) Brunner on May 14, 1947 in Toledo, Ohio. A 1965 Waite High School graduate, Connie went on to work for Jeep for many years before retiring. She was a longtime member of the Eagle and Moose Lodges. Connie enjoyed swimming, boating, and fishing. She looked forward to family time and road trips, particularly trips to the Smokies. Connie had a quirky sense of humor and was a favorite among her nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews, for her fabulous tea parties and trips to Goofy Golf. She loved her babies and fur babies deeply. 

Connie is survived by her sisters Carol (Buz) Mitchell and Claudia (Joe) Cantwell; niece and nephews Michael Hill, Shayne Hill, Benjamin (Heather) Cantwell, and Laura (David) Borows; great-nieces and nephews Troy, Zac, Austin, Drew, Mallory, Brad, Zoey, and Eloise; and her beloved fur babies Blue, Tommy, Billie, and Lucy. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother PFC Michael Carl Brunner.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S Wynn Rd in Oregon, Ohio on Thursday, January 9, 202,5 from 11 until 1 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will be private at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions are appreciated to W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, an organization that provides mobility service and autism service animals, or the Toledo Humane Society.
