Christopher A. Smith of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 21, 1964 in Louisville, KY to John and Harrietta (Welch) Smith. He was a graduate of Northside High School in Ft Wayne, Indiana. Chris was passionate about cars and motorcycles, and loved working on any type of engine.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Smith; mother, Harrietta Smith-Welch and his brother, Todd Smith. He will always be remembered by his brother, Shawn R. Smith, his daughter, Jessica Smith and his son Camden Smith.
As was his request, cremation has taken place and celebration of his life will take place in Ohio. Those wishing to remember Chris can make a contribution to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
